SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
For each project we assign a SPOC (a.k.a. Project Manager) to manage the daily requests between you (the client) and the developer or development team assigned to the project.
Our SPOC will send you daily progress updates giving you assurance your project is being carefully managed and tasks are being handled on a day to day basis.
*Our team works virtually, around the clock and in many different time zones, that is why your SPOC is available by phone, email, skype or any communication method you prefer. We are a virtual shop and do not offer on-site developer services except for consulting.
